General Terms and Conditions
1. Reservations
1.1 Reservations can be made by telephone, via the internet, or in writing. This reservation is only final
after confirmation of receipt of 50% of the total rental sum within 2 weeks of the reservation.
1.2 The remainder of the rental sum must be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date. In the case of a reservation made within these 6 weeks, the rental sum must be paid in full.
1.3 Already paid amounts will not be refunded; the cancellation conditions then remain
in full force (see point 2).
1.4 In the event of the renter failing to meet payment obligations, or failing to meet them in full or on time, Lafleurbleue reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement without refunding any deposits previously made by the renter.
2. Cancellation Conditions
2.1 Cancellations by the renter must be communicated to Lafleurbleue in writing; Lafleurbleue will send a cancellation confirmation upon receipt. 2.2 In the event of cancellation by the tenant up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental sum will be charged.
2.3 In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the full rental sum is due.
2.4 The tenant is advised to take out cancellation insurance themselves.
3. Tenant liability and security deposit
The tenant shall report such damage themselves before departure. Damage not reported, but determined by the landlord later (within 3 working days), will be increased by 25 euros in additional costs. Reimbursement will be made by bank transfer within 5 working days after departure.
3.2 By accepting the rental agreement, the tenant declares that they will proceed to pay compensation or repair the damage (and any additional costs) no later than 2 weeks after the date of the invoice drawn up by the landlord for this purpose. 4. Liability of Lafleurbleue
4.1 Lafleurbleue cannot accept liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury of any nature whatsoever, caused to or sustained by tenants, travel companions, and/or visitors of the holiday homes.
5. House Rules
5.1 The tenant shall respect the general peace and quiet before eight o'clock in the morning and after ten o'clock in the evening.
5.2 The tenant shall not litter the grounds and shall deposit waste in the designated places.
5.4 Upon termination of the rental, the tenant must leave the property tidy; however, the mandatory final cleaning by the landlord will still follow.
5.5 Pets are allowed inside the gîtes.
5.6 Smoking is not permitted in the gîtes.
5.7 The number of persons that can be accommodated in the gîtes, as stated in the gîte description, is a limit. It is possible to deviate from this in consultation with the landlord.
5.8 The tenant may occupy the gîte from 16:00 on the first day of the rental and must vacate it no later than 10:00 in the morning on the last da
